Business Due Dates February 2021
February 1 - Give annual information statements to recipients of certain payments you made during 2020.
February 15 - Federal Holiday (Washington's Birthday).
February 28 - File information returns (for example, Forms 1099) for certain payments you made during 2020.
February 28 - Deadline for businesses to submit any other 1099 forms (1099-MISC, 1099-B, 1099-DIV, 1099-INT and etc.) and 1096, if filing on paper. These documents relate to business transactions that aren’t covered by W2 (anything that falls outside of tips and wages). If filing electronically, the deadline is March 31.
